This research study evaluates the asphalt concrete strain responses at high loads and low speeds with the nanotechnology at the national pavement test facility. This research study was conducted in china to determine the research used survey procedure related to the asphalt concrete strain. Also, high loads and low speeds for this purpose used nanotechnology. For this purpose, develop questions related to the variables, and these questions are fulfilled from different participants related to the asphalt concrete strain responses and those persons who know about nanotechnology. This research study depends upon primary data analysis for determine the research it used smart PLS software and run informative results, including R square, F square, composite reliability, and discriminate validity; it also explains the total effects and significant analysis in between variables. The result found that the asphalt concrete strain responses show high and also that low speeds in national pavement test facilities with the nanotechnology.
